We are a software services and product engineering company based in Irvine, California.
We serve clients across industries delivering custom software solutions and staff augmentation services. Virstack is ISO 27001 certified, HIPAA compliant, and SOC 2 in-progress.
- Manage client engagements from requirements gathering through project delivery
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers across concurrent workstreams
- Coordinate tasks and dependencies across engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor project status, flag risks and blockers early, and drive resolution
- Manage change requests and ensure scope, schedule, and budget impacts are documented and communicated
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Prepare and distribute project status updates, meeting notes, and decision logs
- Present project progress and key findings to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Maintain project documentation in Jira, Airtable, or equivalent tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Airtable, or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Stay current with emerging AI tools relevant to BA and PM workflows and champion their adoption within the team
- Experience working in a SaaS, startup, or software delivery environment
- Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools
- Exposure to process mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro
